Introducing the East Coast Wine Region

Tasmania is famed for its high quality wines, and the East Coast has become one of the island’s most important and highly regarded regions. Stretching from Orford in the south to St Helens in the north, the region encompasses the Great Eastern Drive along some spectacular coastline, taking in coastal farmland, views of Maria Island and the Freycinet Peninsula all the way to the Bay of Fires.

Located near the centerpoint of the region, The Farm Shed at Bicheno showcases wines from all of the vineyards in the East Coast wine region (53 wines from 19 vineyards at last count).
