The East Coast is full of surprises. Not only are there amazing winemakers and craft brewers, there is also a growing boutique distilling industry getting started. So we of course have moved to incorporate them into our offerings at The Farm Shed.
You can now come in for a tasting of four varieties of gin, all produced along the East Coast. We have The Splendid Gin from Cranbrook, a London Dry from Nonesuch at Sorell, Strange Omen London Dry from just along the road at White Sands Estate near Bicheno, and Hellfire‘s London Dry from Marion Bay. We also have Essence and Quintessence from Abel Gin in Launceston, which feature citrus notes spices with Tasmanian native botanicals.
They offer an amazing variety of botanical nuances in their flavours, so call in soon and give them a try. Tastings cost just $12 for four gins or $18 to try all six.
