Celebrate the arrival of the new season with our Spring Special – two roses, two interesting whites and two light but flavourful pinots.

Gala Rose (RRP $35)
Raspberries and floral notes make this a pretty and refreshing drink. A touch of residual sugar makes it the perfect drink for a hot summers day. A beautiful drink when served slightly chilled with oysters or smoked salmon.

Milton Rose (RRP $32)
Made from ripe Pinot grapes, Milton Rose is a vibrant dry style with hints of strawberries and a taste of Summer. Enjoy now, serve hilled. The spindle shell on the front label can often be found washed up on the beaches of the Freycinet Coast,

Hurly Burly “Madge (Chardonnay and Riesling blend) (RRP $26)
A light refreshing white wine. A nlend of Riesling and Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards on the East Coast of Tasmania. The Riesling adds acidity and minerality while the chardonnay is somewhat softening and fruity. The resulting balanced wine is “Madge”, the name for this indulging and intriguing combinational of traditional wine varieties. Enjoy chilled with cheese or seafood.

Darlington – Chardonnay (RRP $30)
An unwooded Chardonnay, clean, crisp and delightful. A great accompaniment to white meats and pasta dishes.

Boomer Creek – Pinot Noir (RRP $37)
This 2016 Pinot spent 9 months maturing i French Oak and presents an aromatic quince jelly nose, integrated with elegant tannins and a well rounded palate of dark cherry and savoury spice.

Overtime – Pinot Noir (RRP $47)
First Vintage. Matured in French Oak, crisp, light and smooth with a fine ruby texture taste to the palate.
