Our Pinot Gris is pale straw in colour with a floral bouquet. The extended hours of sunshine provided by our easterly aspect combined with the extended growing season allowed the fruit to develop balance and complexity. The palate is characterised by refreshing pear and mandarin with a hint of honeysuckle and green apple from a small amount of field blended Chardonnay. The delicate fruit flavours balanced by a crisp acid finish pair perfectly with succulent meats and seafood.
