Our Tasmanian Organic Pink Gin showcases botanicals of Damask Rose, Tasmanian Lemon Myrtle, Lychee and premium Tasmanian Organic Rhubarb. We sourced our rhubarb from a family farm outside of Launceston, where they have farmed and selectively harvested only the richest flavours and colour over many years, creating an incredible depth of flavour. Created with a balance of sweetness, floral and fresh tartness. Imagine Turkish delight, with a big splash of juniper. You won’t find any added sugar here. All of our Last Sanctuary Gins are truly environmentally conscious, packaged using recycled glass, recycled cane waste paper, biodegradable closures and 100% plastic free.
