This evening will be a wonderful celebration of OSSA's new vintage wines, incorporating a fully guided tasting with an unprecedented look into the intricacies of winemaking techniques and the expert knowledge that is required to craft such impeccable wines. OSSA, named in reference to Tasmania's highest mountain, is a premium East Coast wine label, with estate-grown fruit from the Belbrook Estate on Crossins Road, not too far from Swansea. With their first vintage coming in 2021, OSSA continues to thrive and impress, focussing heavily on a minimal intervention and environmentally-conscious approach to viticultural practices. This is a not to be missed tasting experience which will take guests on a journey through a flight of five high quality wines, including Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, plus brand new vintages of Méthode Traditionnelle Sparkling and Syrah.
