This is super distiller Chris of Launceston Distillery. Always love doing personal pickups. If you’re in the neighbourhood, don’t miss Hangar 17 at Launceston airport - ex Ansett, ex original airport building - now the home of one of the state’s best distilleries! We have over 70 you know!

Chef Christopher Bell knocked our socks off with his food for the East vs South dinner during the Great Eastern Wine Week, so we are excited to announce our new ongoing collaboration with him.

Walking around Bicheno on our mandatory 2hr exercise took these photos of prime waterfront property. Construction fence been there more than 5 years, rubbish getting close to 10 years, ruins ongoing. What a disgrace! #cleanitup #eightyearstoolong #greateasterndrive

Lockdown! CLOSED. So we’re hanging with these two therapy dogs on our humble “spring flowery” plot for which we are hugely grateful. Hang in there, stay safe, indulge in small acts of kindness and unite to get through this blip that one selfish unthinking ratbag has catapulted us into! We knew it had to happen sometime so take heart, we’ll see you again soon. Can’t wait. Meanwhile, Enjoy the little things. (We had grilled asparagus and poached egg” for breakfast. Yum. Again grateful.

Every Xmas Australians use 150,000 Km’s of unrecyclable wrapping paper! Emma, a graphic designer in Hobart set herself the mission to produce a 100% recyclable product. Woodies is the result. Proud to now stock this chemical and plastic free wrapping system in The Farm Shed abs Bicheno Post Office. Charming whimsical designs too! It’s a win win all round, especially for the planet!

Half way through a tasting, customer Radek lent a hand moving the old table to the Packing Room to make way for the new table! Made is St Helen’s by young designer maker Lucy Hamilton (orders taken!) sleek and slim , we love our new tasting table! Hope you will too!
