This wine is an absolute cracker. Really easy drinking, yet well structured and will cellar for 8-10 years. Hand plunged twice daily for nine days. Wine was then transferred to French oak barriques, matured in barrel for 12 months prior to blending and finishing for bottling. It is a beautiful dark crimson colour. With aromas of red and black forest fruits and subtle notes of vanilla and spice. The palate shows juicy red and black fruits with a fine tannin structure and moorish acidity that renders this wine immediately approachable.
